I have an HP ProLiant DL320e Gen8 v1 server whose Fan#1 has failed (screenshot from HP IML attached) and causing the server to reboot every 30 minutes or so. Apparently, this is not supposed to be since a single fan failure is not critical. Also, as per another post at the link below, HP has already addressed this issue with a firmware update.
